  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • Please confirm your appointment beforehand.
  • More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.
  • No-shows are charged the full service price.

Extra Charges
  • Appointments after 5:30/6:00 PM have an additional $20 charge.
  • Complex designs or fixing previous work may have extra fees.

Payments
  • Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash.
  • A deposit may be required for NEW clients.

  • If unhappy with your nails, please let Anna know before you leave.
