Anna is a licensed New York nail specialist trained in the Russian manicure technique — a dry, waterless method that uses an e-file to clean and shape the cuticle area without cutting or soaking.
She works one-on-one in a private studio in Rochester, NY. Every tool is autoclaved between clients. Every product is non-toxic. No rushing, no compromises.
